Who Are We?

 

Quite simply, we are IT people who recognise good IT people when we meet them. And our clients know that too.

 

The Transparency IT team have worked in IT for years. We've got our hands dirty building servers, debugging code and reviewing Tech Specs. But you probably already read the "For Employers" page, so we won’t go through all that again.

 

The point is, IT employers get frustrated with constantly being presented with the wrong people, and IT specialists get sick of being put forward for positions that just aren't them. At Transparency IT, we get IT. We don't put the people in The Network or our clients through that.

 

The Network?

 

The Network is a pool of potential. It’s a deep reservoir of skills and talent that our clients trust. When we recommend someone to them from The Network, they know they are going to meet someone who has been there and done that. A person whose CV is more than just a wish list.

 

The Network is, of course, always developing, its pool of IT capacity deepening. The Network is in constant demand, and our well populated Outlook Contact list (who uses Rolodexs these days?) is in constant use.
