The ideal candidate would have a combination of soft skills and IT expertise to be able to deliver great customer service experience to the company's wide range of clients. Attention to detail, doing a job well, and being on top of your game technically are all essential attributes for this role. You will need to have outstanding customer service and communication skills, be able to work in a team and have solid, broad tech skills at a desktop level. The role involves being onsite in front of clients so professional presentation and a social easy going, friendly manner are absolutely essential.

Strong support experience with the following technologies are needed –

  • Windows Desktops in AD environments
  • Office products and Outlook in an Exchange and Office 365 environment
  • SOE and imaging of Windows desktops
  • Active Directory and basic user management
  • Profile creation and management on desktops
  • Terminal Server / thin client knowledge
  • patching and hardware knowledge
