General conditions

  • You can refer a contact at a company who is looking for someone to fill a permanent or contract position
  • The referral must not contravene any of your employer's policies
  • Ideally, you should not be involved in the selection process. If you are, Transparency strongly recommend that you declare the nature of your interest in the outcome to your manager before participating.
Client referral
  • The company or contact you refer must be new to us. This means that they either are not already in our records or they are a new contact in a different division of a known company that has not had contact with us previously.
  • We will need the client to confirm that they used us as a result of your recommendation. If when the client initially contacts us, they mention that you referred them this is usually sufficient.
  • If you notify us of a vacancy with a company and we contact the company based on your information, you will need to register first.
  • Your claim should be made as soon as possible, preferably before we start working for the client and must be before any placement is made
  • A referral is valid for 6 months from the time we confirm your registration
  • A referral reward is payable only when we have successfully placed either a contractor or permanent person with the client who you referred

Payments

  • Only one reward is payable for each successful referral
  • A reward is only paid for the first placement resulting from the referral.
  • We will pay the reward following the successful completion of the probation period (usually 3 months) AND receipt of payment by the client
  • We reserve the right to revise or cancel the Referral Program without notice but will honour all successful placements up to the date of announcement
